**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Payroll Management
- **Process Payroll**: Ensure accurate and timely payroll for salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- **Compliance**: Maintain adherence to payroll laws and regulations; submit necessary reports.
- **Record Keeping**: Organize and audit payroll records for accuracy.
- **Adjustments**: Handle salary changes and benefits updates.
- **Employee Support**: Address payroll inquiries and assist employees with pay statements.
Appraisal Management
- **Performance Process**: Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate records of evaluations and documentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Assess appraisal effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
- **Communicate Results**: Deliver performance feedback and discuss development plans with employees.
Employee Engagement
- **Engagement Initiatives**: Develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
- **Surveys**: Administer satisfaction surveys and analyze results for improvements.
- **Event Planning**: Organize team-building and recognition events.
- **Culture Building**: Promote a positive workplace culture through communication and inclusivity.
- **Monitor Metrics**: Track engagement levels and report findings to management.
Tally Basic Skills
- **Payroll Processing**: Use Tally for payroll calculations and reporting.
- **Accounting Tasks**: Record financial transactions and prepare statements.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate employee data in Tally.
- **Training**: Provide Tally training to team members.
- **Compliance**: Ensure Tally records comply with regulations and assist in audits.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
