Primary Coordinator

Lead the staff in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, documenting, measuring and recording learning within the framework of the NEP 2020
- Work collaboratively with Primary department to improve student learning through improving teacher learning and practices
- Work with teachers and parents to ensure that children’s individual needs are planned for and met.
- Ensure that the development of all the children’s spoken and written English is prioritised, planned and provided for.
- Demonstrate effective teaching methods
- Support and mentor new teachers
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of the curricular and extra curricular programme as per guidelines.
- Effectively conduct, manage, supervise various events like parent orientation, PTM, sports day, annual function, student events & competition.
- Coordinate with the Principal and management to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Knowledge of play-based learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Must have worked with a CBSE school
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Coordinator

Schedule:

- Morning shift
