Ø Ability to quickly decide on the best method to stabilize the person and provide immediate medical relief during transit.

Ø Rapid assessment of the patient’s condition which includes identifying medical problems, history, current medication, allergies etc.

Ø Triage patients need of care due to an injury or illness.

Ø Provide immediate care as taking blood, inserting IV & administering physician, directed tests.

Ø Maintain records (Inventory, Nurses report LAMA, MLC, quality Indicators, disaster registers, IP/OP Registers Duty Rosters, Lab Registers, Crash cart check list etc.,).

Ø Assist with checking in patients, doing triage work for doctors and generating initial paperwork.

Ø Work closely with doctors to keep patients and their family members updated on test results or treatment recommendations.

Ø Maintain contact with laboratory personnel to report any initial lab findings back to the ER doctors.

Ø Make arrangements for patients that are deemed to need care requiring them to be admitted to the hospital for one night or longer.

Ø Report all accidents/ incidents/complaints regarding patient to senior nursing staff and ER Doctors.

Ø Maintain checking of crash cart and Inventory.

Ø Follow departmental policies and protocol.

Ø Need to perform basic life support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
