Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior furniture projects based on designs, material specifications, and project scope.
- Review architectural and interior design plans to determine quantities and costs of required materials, labor, and other resources.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for project bids.
- Work with the project team to manage procurement processes and ensure that all purchases are cost-effective.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all cost-related inquiries and provide regular updates on project financials.
- Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, budgets, invoices, and any project variations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and cost analyses to clients or higher authority in a clear and professional manner.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the interior furniture industry or related sectors.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and their cost implications.
- Knowledge of CADD Drawing

**Work Environment**:

- The position may involve occasional site visits to assess progress and verify on-site conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
