We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Developer with knowledge in React, Sanity, Next.js, and Headless CMS to join our development team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies, including Headless CMS and Next.js, as well as to gain hands-on experience with React. You will collaborate with experienced developers to design and implement dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces.

**Job Summary**:

- **Experience**: 0 years (Internship, hands-on project experience, or React course completion is required for Freshers)
- **Education**: B.E/M.E. (Computer/IT), MCA, M.Sc(IT), B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA
- **Location**: Nagpur
- **Role**: React, Sanity, Next.js & Headless CMS Developer (Fresher)
- **Key Skills**: Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of Redux or REST APIs
- **Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month, based on skills and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building and optimizing user-facing features using React, Next.js, and Sanity CMS.
- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that can be effectively utilized across projects.
- Implement responsive designs based on provided wireframes, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
- Optimize components for performance across multiple devices and browsers.
- Integrate Headless CMS functionality for scalable and dynamic content management.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers on project requirements and execution.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of React.js, including JSX, components, and hooks.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Fundamental knowledge of Next.js, particularly its server-side rendering features.
- Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms like Sanity and experience in using APIs for content retrieval.
- Basic experience with version control, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
