**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
- Establish positive relationships with children and their families, communicating regularly about each child's progress.
- Observe and assess each child's development and use this information to plan individualized activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Montessori or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or pre-primary setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
