**Quantity Surveyor HVAC**:
We are looking for a passionate Responsible on taking quantities for Pre
- tender & Post Tender as per the requirements.

Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the guidelines provided.

Preparing of BOQ, Reconciliation reports etc., on timely basis as per the requirements.

Preparation of Rate Analysis as per the Company Standards and guidelines.

Preparation of Item wise quantity calculation as per the Company requirements.

The Task received with the QS Manager and if necessary Manager with Pre
- tender & Post Tender QS- Singapore Head Office (HQ)

Prepare daily report and send to QS Manager and Singapore Head Office (HQ) on daily basis.

Setting Submission goals and developing Tender strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly Tender targets.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 6 month of Excel experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
