**Job Description: Architect - Commercial Projects**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Architectural Design**:

- Develop innovative and functional designs for commercial projects including office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial facilities.
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Utilize 3ds Max to produce high-quality 3D models and renderings that accurately represent design concepts.

2. **Project Management**:

- Oversee all stages of the architectural process, from initial client meetings to final project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.

3. **Client Handling**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and translate their vision into feasible architectural solutions.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine designs.

4. **Technical Proficiency**:

- Prepare and review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and 3ds Max to create precise and detailed drawings and 3D models.

5. **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the design team to develop comprehensive design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Participate in project meetings and present design updates to team members and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architectural design, specifically within commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client handling skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with additional design software such as Revit or SketchUp.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification.
- Ability to create photorealistic renderings and animations.
- Experience in interior design and space planning.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
