Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Kottakkal. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality, and safety of the work performed. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for managing laborers and coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in building and construction management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations
- Computer literacy and proficiency in project management tools
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in managing a team of site workers is a plus
