**JD FOR DISPATCH SUPERVISOR**

Should have skills in Computer,Specially Mail Drafting

Should be able to manage Loading & Unloading trucks.

Arrange Transportation after coordination with the transporter.

Miscellaneous work related to transportation.

Should know Excel and word and able to operate independently.

Monthly dispatch plan -as reference document

Weekly & Daily coordination with assembly to know the dispatches planned.

Keep the list of transporter updated with rates from time to time.

Collect the delivery challa & Packing list from QC or assembly.

Prepare the packing list to be sent with invoice.

Coordinate with QC for collecting the MTCs

Prepare warranty/Guarantee certificate.

Prepare the complete Set of Dispatch documents-DC,Invoice,E-way Bill,L R,Warranty Cert,MTC’s

Sent the truck with a set of documents.

Send the dispatch details to the customer -Scanned documents to be E-Mailed, Hard copy to be couriered.

Confirmation from the customer-GRN Copy-about receipt of complete order in good condition.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
