As a Real Estate Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate operations by visiting various field locations, generating leads, and executing real estate-related tasks. You will be responsible for identifying potential properties, assessing their viability, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our real estate ventures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Property Inspections**: Conducting thorough inspections of properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.

**Client Meetings**: Meeting with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.

**Market Research**:Keeping up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to provide informed advice to clients.

**Listing Presentations**: Creating compelling listing presentations to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.

**Negotiation Skills**: Negotiating terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

**Documentation**: Handling all paperwork and documentation involved in property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

**Networking**: Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and legal professionals.

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

**Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during property transactions, finding solutions to ensure a smooth process for clients.

**Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and guiding them through every step of the real estate transaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management. (2 Year Min)
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Real estate licensure or certification (preferred).

**Salary**: up to 30,000/- plus incentive

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:
