**MDS Pedodontist Responsibilities**:

- Specialized pediatric dental care.
- Management of developmental dental issues.
- Patient care for children with special needs.

**BDS Dentist Responsibilities**:

- General dental care and procedures.
- Patient education on oral hygiene.
- Routine dental check-ups and treatments.

**Requirements for Both Roles**:

- Relevant degree (MDS/BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental practice license.
- Passion for patient care and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
