Baker

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods following traditional and modern recipes. Your primary duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring baking times. You should have a passion for baking and creativity to develop new recipes and decoration techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and pies.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various icing and toppings.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a bakery or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to execute recipes accurately.
- Creative skills in decorating baked goods and developing new recipes.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- Work in hot conditions near ovens.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
