hiring a Public Relations Officer. This position is responsible for enhancing its visibility, and building positive relationships with the world outside. The incumbent will be developing and implementing strategic communication plans in line with our goal and objectives, engaging with both internal and external audiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with local and national media outlets, journalists, and editors. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinate media interviews, and organise press conferences or media events.
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and other communication materials.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence and engage with its target audience.
- Facilitate effective internal engagement by developing communication materials and programs for all staff involving the monastic community, taking advantage of various festivals held on site.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with the worldwidecommunity, alumni, educational partners, and relevant organisations.
- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively handle reputation-threatening situations. Act as the institution's spokesperson during crisis, providing accurate information, managing public perception, and mitigating potential damage.
- Performance management and Tracking: Track and analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and activities using key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and communication channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.Familiarity with online education platforms, e-learning trends, and the digital marketing landscape.
- Crisis management skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using PR software, media monitoring tools, and analytics platforms.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
