The Finance organization partners across General Mills to provide financial expertise to guide and govern the company. **Purpose of the role**

This position will be responsible for performing Order Management activities, ensuring compliance with General Mills accounting policies and will be responsible for flawless service delivery in a consistent and standardized manner for various locations. This position would support sales by booking POs in order management system within General Mills & will be responsible to report on Company backlog as well as act as a liaison between Sales, Supply chain & Accounting for resolution of any pending issues. Reporting to the Assistant Manager India Finance

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

85% of Time Operational Management- Process POs on the order management tool in a timely manner with high quality levels
- File copies of POs received on records
- Drive resolutions for pending orders & keep stake holders updated
- Monitor & ensure standard procedures are followed
- Review POs for completeness according to standard operating procedures & forward query for incomplete/incorrect POs before for further processing
- Effectively manage queries impacting processing of POs on timely manner & in a way that demonstrates values of integrity
- Work independently to ensure accurate & timely resolutions are provided for issues faced by Order Management team
- Assist with & coordinate the resolution of Purchase Order issues related to receiving and invoicing & escalate repeated instances of non-compliance
- Handle Order Management Service delivery & Reporting activities in a timely manner with accuracy
- Evaluate all weekly/Monthly/Annual metrics, analyse all continuous improvement & prepare reports for all requests.
- Calculate & compile order-related statistics, & prepare reports for management
- Report on key metrics, SLA’s & KPIs for Order Management process
- Review reports in a consistent & timely manner to identify issues.
- Share best practices & resolves PO-related issues
- Support business continuity to meet critical business objectives & Partnership work as a team to achieve individual & team goals
- Identify, initiate, & implement process improvement ideas. Leverage Continues Improvement tools or mindset to identify recurring issues & work towards Institutional Solution.
- Ensure clear process documentation is in place, utilized & updated in timely manner
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise in Order Management process
- Support audit & control to ensure compliance with GMI requirements
- Develop strong relationships with business partners
- Actively participate in team or site events/initiatives
- Mentor/ coach new/ Jr. team members whenever required

15% of Time - Knowledge management & continuous improvement- Develop and maintain customer profiles and document customer-specific behaviour that requires non-standard handling.
- Drive Continuous improvement within process and deliver HMM

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory
- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
- 1+ years of related experience required

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education - Finance & Accounts/ BMS/BBS
- 1-2 years of related experien
