6 to 8 years of relevant QA experience.

Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project.

Develop, document, and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results using Java and Selenium. Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.

Understanding of industry best practices.x

Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans cases.

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications.

Communicate with development and project management.

Knowledge of Regression testing.

Participate in Agile calls, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Tool: Knowledge of different framework like ATF and Selenium

Knowledge of ServiceNow

Lead and mentor a team of 8 to 15 QA Team members providing guidance, support and technical expertise to ensure successful project completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.

Take ownership of testing initiatives and drive

Continuous improvement in automation processes.
