**Position Title**: Billing and TPA Executive

**Location**: StemRx Hospital and Research Centre, Rabale, Navi Mumbai

**Department**: Billing and Finance

**Reports To**: Billing Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Billing and TPA Executive is responsible for managing the billing process, handling Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for the hospital services. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Billing Operations**:

- Generate and review patient bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all services and procedures are accurately coded.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies in billing.

2. **TPA Coordination**:

- Handle all TPA-related activities including pre-authorization, claim submission, and follow-up.
- Communicate with TPA representatives to resolve issues related to claim approvals and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all TPA claims and settlements.

3. **Patient Interaction**:

- Assist patients with billing queries and provide detailed explanations of their bills.
- Guide patients through the process of insurance claims and TPA procedures.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns related to billing and TPA processes.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all billing and TPA transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on billing and TPA activities for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements in all billing and TPA activities.

5. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in the billing and TPA processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest billing and TPA practices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement new procedures and technologies to streamline billing operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital billing and TPA handling.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of medical billing and coding.
- Proficiency in billing software and hospital management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role is based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, and may require occasional travel to other locations for training or meetings.
- Standard working hours apply, but flexibility is required to meet the demands of the job, including possible weekend or evening shifts.
