**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft compelling and effective speeches in Hindi for high-level government officials and events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and ensure alignment with the intended message.
- Research relevant topics to create informed and persuasive content.
- Maintain a formal and culturally appropriate tone in all speech content.
- Work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality work.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Postgraduate degree in Hindi Literature from a recognized university.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in speech writing. Experience working with government departments is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional command of the Hindi language (written and spoken).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to write with clarity, creativity, and precision.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and regional sensitivities in Uttar Pradesh.
