Skill sets: - Excellent in MS Office & Excel.

Job Description.

Update monthly Reports (viz. sales & marketing activities,

Payment collection / projection)Offers sent, Sales Order booking,

Payment projection and machines dispatch details,

Maintain Client & PO Files, keeping record of active & non-active cases,

Keeping Principal offer file, keeping stock of catalogues,

Reconcile sales ledger with accounts dept & Clients,

Assisting Marketing Manager in compilation of Offer,

Catalogues & other documents during their visits and also in day to day activities.
