We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services in designated territories, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Territory Management: Manage a designated geographical area to identify potential customers and develop a strategic approach to reach them.

2. Sales Prospecting: Conduct regular cold-calling, networking, and lead generation activities to expand your customer base.

3. Customer Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing customers to present our products or services.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, their features, and how they can meet the needs of different customers.

5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings and address customer questions or concerns.

6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales and close deals successfully.

8. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

10. Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals using our CRM system.

11. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.

3. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive sales environment.

4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out sales opportunities.

5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products or services.

6. Time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and prioritize customer visits and sales activities.

7. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours based on customer availability.

8. Proficiency in using mobile devices and technology for sales reporting and communication purposes.

9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

10.Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
