Salon Auditor

**Job description: Mystery Auditor**

Locations targeted: Gurgaon, Sitapur, Jabalpur, and Trivandrum.

**Responsibilities**:
Visit salons incognito to evaluate the customer experience.

Assess the cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with company standards with supporting evidence. (the format will be provided).

Interact with salon staff and observe their professionalism and service skills.

Evaluate the quality of services and products offered.

Complete detailed reports on each visit, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement.

Provide feedback that will contribute to staff training and development.

**Skills Required**:
Strong observational skills to notice minute details of the salon environment and staff behaviour.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate findings in written reports.

Analytical skills to assess data and provide meaningful insights.

Integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality and objectivity in evaluations.

Adaptability to blend in various salon settings.

Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are evaluated.

Time management to conduct audits within specified timelines.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience in customer service, auditing, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

Ability to travel to different salon locations as required.

**Compensation**:
The auditor will be compensated for the services availed, as pre-specified by the employer.

The total compensation package includes audit fees and service reimbursement fees.

The package will be up to Rs 2200 (tax inclusive) per audit.

Payment terms and conditions will be detailed in the auditor’s contract.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
