Preparing for setting computer numerically controlled Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machine
- Carrying out programming and settings for VMC machines
- Preparing for machining activities/operations on VMC
- Knowledge of safe working practices of VMC machining procedures
- Understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and extracting information
- Knowledge of the main features and working parts of the VMC, sequences and procedures followed
- Working knowledge of the various methods, equipment, material and devices used in VMC operations
- Knowledge of equipment used for positioning, aligning and securing
- Knowledge of checking quality, quality and accuracy standards and produce components standards
- Knowledge of the problems that can occur in VMC operations, their implications and how to address.
- Working Experience in Mastercam Software
- Knowledge of basic maintenance activities, conducting checks and trial runs before allowing the machine to run in full program mode

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
