Key Responsibilities:

- Document Management:Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for trademark-related documents.Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive trademark information.
- Communication:Communicate with clients, attorneys, and trademark examiners as needed to gather information or clarify document requirements.
- Legal Research:Conduct basic research to verify trademark information, including searching for existing trademarks and their status.
- Compliance:Stay updated on trademark laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to trademark attorneys or paralegals, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone calls.
- Software Proficiency:Proficiency in using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and legal document management software.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in legal studies is a plus).
- Proven experience as a typist or legal secretary, with knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting.
- Proficient typing skills (typically 40+ words per minute) with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with trademark laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and legal document management systems.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
