1. Develop and train internal team members to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers

2. Ensure good communication with other team leaders and management in order to understand the business requirements of the company.

3. Establish and maintain very good professional relationships with internal and other external bodies.

4. Ensure that dispatched products have been reconciled with the customer's POD on daily basis.

5. Records of sales returns, samples, and repairs are required to be maintained in the system on a frequent basis. It is important to align the records of Sales & Marketing and Management.

6. Sales return stock should be given to the Quality Control Department and any other department that is concerned with inspecting the product. If the product is in good condition, it should be transferred to stock, or if it contains damage, it should be sent to the factory for repair.

7. Dispatch the package to the customer in a timely manner. A package should contain a product, a cost sheet, and a GST invoice. Check the following elements of the Cost Sheet: Gross Weight, Diamond Weight, Color Stone Weight, HSN Code, Client GST details, Total Value & Purity.

8. Provide support to other Department peers when needed/in the absence of team members to ensure that customer deliverables are completed on time

9. Coordinate with the Software backend team for the addition or deletion of services in accordance with the organization's requirements.

10. Coordinate and negotiate with external traders, receive goods, and maintain adequate stock to support Sales and Marketing.

11. Respond immediately to customer inquiries after a sale has been completed at an exhibition

12. Reconciliation reports for the following departments: Billing, Photography & Inventory, Back Office, Diamond Issue, Quality Control & Orders

13. Maintain and segregate product dispatch on a regular basis and hand over parcels to the Facility Department for support. Similarly, information should align to the management for their internal records.
