Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills in supporting highly complex technical issues
- Basic understanding of Mobile Device Management
- AWS cloud experience is highly desired
- Ability to perform first level debugging of customer issues via AWS cloud watch logs, android device logs.
- Experience with Linux & MYSQL is highly desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic and changing landscape
