We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice Process Intern to join our dynamic team for a full-time, six-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing their communication and customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not mandatory.
