Title: Warehouse Controller
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Job Scope:
Warehouse controllers & coordinators are responsible for a broad range of duties related to inventory management and the oversight of finished goods. Inspect and record shipments of products between 3PL and factory. Maintain the warehouse operations and stock control to the optimal and accurate levels and Manage customer orders dispatches.
Roles & Responsibilities- Check available trucks with Transportation team and manage the daily dispatches to customers by monitoring the stocks readiness, warehouse handling capacity and available trucks.- Prepare reconciliation on monthly basis as per third party closing report VS BUL sap system and investigate and post which are missing due to PO reflection issue or short quantity or PCE released issue.- Responsible for Quarterly Stock take warehouse inventory- Warehouse contractor’s manpower schedules in weekly basis and updating 3rd party employee’s attendance trackers based on weekly plan.- Reporting all concerns and breakdown of MHE used in BOF for finished goods operations.- Conducting weekly cycle count for accuracy of stock. Checks all article discrepancies and do necessary inventory adjustments to balance the inventory system.- Manage Quarterly disposal for the expired and damaged stocks.- Track the daily progress of dispatches to customers and tackle the system related issues like OBDs, GIN reflection.- Order creations for suppliers like 3PL, transporters for the monthly service.- Manage the movement of stocks from factory to warehouse.- Execute direct shipment from factory.- Manage all FG related matters within factory from Logistics side.- Perform transit trials for FGs once required.- Tracing back the dispatches to customers by batch in case of quality issue
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Supply chain- 0 -2 Years of Experience in supply chain within FMCG industry- Passion for Growth- Team Commitment- Objective Analytical Power- Influencing Others- Developing yourself- Excellent communication skills- Full proficiency of English and Arabic language- Preferred Technology: SAP, Excel, and PowerB
