**Job Description: Commission-Based International Sales Executive (Accounting Outsourcing)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential international clients seeking cutting-edge accounting outsourcing solutions.
- Devise and implement effective sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
- Foster enduring connections with key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
- Tailor customized solutions to meet the distinct accounting and financial needs of each client.
- Keep pace with industry trends through meticulous market research.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Lead negotiations, tackle objections, and successfully close deals while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Travel internationally to cultivate relationships, participate in conferences, and represent our brand.
- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and market insights to our management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in international sales, ideally within the finance or accounting sector.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation proficiencies.
- Strong grasp of accounting and financial processes.
- Flourishing in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Adept at building and nurturing relationships with international clientele.
- Willingness to embark on frequent international travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
