Job Summary: As an Insurance Tele Caller,

You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote insurance products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling: Initiate outbound calls to individuals or businesses to introduce insurance products and services.

2. Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and active listening.

3. Product knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of various insurance policies to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.

4. Appointment setting: Schedule appointments for interested prospects to meet with the sales team for further discussions.

5. Database management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the CRM system.

6. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and provide additional information as needed.

7. Achieve targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently achieving set metrics and goals.

8. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

9. Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our insurance products.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales role is preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.

3. Persuasive and confident in effectively conveying product information and benefits.

4. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome customer hesitations.

5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude.

9.Under graduate or Post graduate qualification is required; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
