Facility Supervisor

Inspecting hospital premises regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Overall in charge ship and onus of security, gardeners, drivers (transportation), housekeeping (in absence of store incharge)
- Conduct regular inspections, supervising & keeping record of staff (roster management) the for department of security, transport and gardeners regarding
- Their timing and routine activity
- Personal hygiene
- Attire & uniform
- Any requirement of material
- Supervision of hospital transport service. Ensuring wise usage of resources, transport other facilities provided to staff. Check on diesel consumption & verification of conveyance.
- Supervision of kitchen for hygiene of area & staff. Keeping check on kitchen staff of their presence and conduct.
- Maintaining proper check on biomedical waste management & STP.
- Ensuring proper space as per statutory norms for BMW disposal & handling.
- Providing training to all cadres of staff reporting to you at the time of joining & from time to time with regards to hospital rules, regulations, patient safety & confidentiality & departmental policies.
- Facilitating general item purchase upon user idents on best negotiated rates for the organization.(in absence of Store incharge)
- Keeping proper record for items in store in soft copy. Regular updation of soft copy record. (Assisting store incharge)
- Maintaining proper records & documentation of quotations, bills & expenses related to purchases, new installations or furnishing work / furniture.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors in case of absence of Engineering Supervisor.
- Ensuring proper and timed communication / updation to the reporting head for all activities assigned and updates expected.
- Ensuring proper audits (as assigned by HOD) & timed documentation of the same.

**Note: Any other responsibility delegated by reporting authority**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
