Claims Processor

Responsible for checking authenticity of cashless and reimbursement claims done by patient. Verify all Medical Papers, ICP, Bills, Lab reports, Test reports, Xray Reports etc. Follow TAT and maintain Quality reports. Also to handle Death and Lives Cases claims. Examine claims records and forms to determine whether the patient has medical insurance. Review provisions of certificate or policy to determine the patients included medical coverage losses. Complete logs, reports, forms and records to properly document medical claims. Examine medical treatment records, etc. Through check for any PED or any suspicious claims against insurance regulatory norms.
