- Participating in key specifier trainings to help share effective/new solutions to the specifiers’ community and provide product education and advice
- Verify and model existing conditions
- Work with Design Managers to create schematic design, design development, and construction drawings
- Provide drawing support for minor design requests
- Assist scheduling the development of projects
- Be aware of projects as they are planned, developed, and constructed
- Coordinate drawings with outside consultants
- Serving on the Revit/BIM Committee
- Remain informed on industry trends and related new technologies that could benefit the department
- Establish and maintain drafting and modeling best practices for the department

Qualifications for architectural draftsman
- 4-6 years of experience working in a professional office
- Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work assignments
- Committed to the success of project teams
- Associates degree or certification
- Associates Degree in CAD Drafting or related field
- Certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute(CSI) or equivalent A/E certification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
