We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Executive to join our team,

**Key Responsibilities**
- customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate information and solutions
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Verify documents received from client co-ordinators.
- Work with client co-ordinators in case of any query related to documents.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

**Age should be less than 32 Years**
