**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Effective Communication: Possessstrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interaction with customers and colleagues.
2. Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Marathi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil to effectively communicate with customers in their preferred languages.
3. Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a customer-oriented mindset by actively listening to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and delivering prompt and accurate solutions.
4. Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Adaptability: Display a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, readily adapting to shifting priorities and customer needs.

**Qualifications**:
**-**Proficiency in Marathi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Bachelors in any field
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Outstanding interpersonalskills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. -Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility in work hoursto accommodate customer needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
