Finance Executive
Work Dynamics
What this job involves

Review of evidence provided by stakeholder for creating contracts for vendors
Validation of invoices as per JLL GST PAP checklist and JDE PO.
Creation of Invoice/Credit Notes & rebill.
Ensure timely & accurate month end/year end closing
Assist stakeholders with Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
Handle mailbox for request and query management
Ensure service delivery as agreed KPIs’
Update SOPs to capture the exceptions while processing as and when required
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Team player and yet able to work independently
Provide assistance and supporting during internal/external audits
Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects
Submission of treasury cash request for facility operations and facility addition with expected vendor payments Date
Monthly updating of JLL IBT financial data (Industrial Benchmark tool)
Submission of PS template of Vendor invoices for client invoices request (JLL only)
Collection of client payments from AMAT and sub vendor payment request to JLL
Request for JLL vendors POs (Monthly Operations and Adhoc,) by preparing POR templates
Participation of JLL Statutory Compliance Audit and Maintaining of Audit documents
Updating of Client invoices and JLL vendors invoices in invoice tracker
Managing Vendor queries on invoices and payments - client and JLL
Submission of JLL open PO reports
Coordination for No due certificates from vendors

Validating and Processing of JLL Employee travel reimbursements
Coordination with Finance for TDS certificates
- JLL
JLL monthly accruals for management fees and vendor cost.
JLL monthly budget V/S actual sheet.
Vendor cost data (actual received in CAAPs V/S billed to client) JLL Reconsilation
Maintaining and submission of JLL Employee Attendance for Statutory audit
JLL Debt collections update to JLL Finance.
Follow up for rejected, Missing invoices with Vendors for submission to JLL FSC.
Submission of Accruals
Sales register form-Audit requirement
LBA data validation
PO renewal based on minimum wages
