1 to 4 Years Experience of Export Import Shipment process

Ensure that documentation is done relating to import and export of any materials and goods.

To understand and follow the import export policies. Exports Order Management & Planning. Pre-& Post Shipment Documentation.

Responsible to recheck the documentation of each and every activities relating to import and export.

To prepare and submit necessary document relating to import and exports.

Understanding various cost elements with respect international documentation compliance, hazardous carriage approvals, export benefit / incentive schemes, preferential duty benefit and landing cost workings etc.

Custom clearance, freight forwarding and negotiations.

To Plan dispatch and shipment schedule on the basis of sales plan and vessel schedule, Information to Manufacturing / Production Team of the vessel schedule for Next Month’s Plan, Day-today planning and arranging Containers, their stuffing, excise formalities completion.

Freight Negotiation - Obtain competitive rates negotiating and maintaining contract with logistic company, negotiate freight charges with Shipping Line Agents & considering the least Freight of Recognized Shipping Line for Import as well as

Export shipment depending on Inco terms. Effective coordination with CHA for ON TIME SHIPMENT, CFS, availability of correct documents & updated information on the same, coordination with Production, Excise for timely dispatch of material from factory, monitoring with Clearing House Agent / Freight forwarder for final clearance and loading of Containers on planned vessel.

Overview of daily customs operation to ensure on time clearance with minimized lead time Study of Exports Letter of Credit to ensure the same is as per requirement

To scrutinize Post Shipment Documentation as Per Letter of Credit, Submission of Non discrepant post shipment documents for negotiation at bank to avoid the discrepancies in documents as required by Customer, Co-ordination with Export Finance Dept.

For Payment & submission of Export Documentation To Track the Exports Consignment / Shipment and documents and taking responsibility for on Time Delivery of the same in intact condition to the Customer End Point, Regular interaction with the overseas customer & feedback on the service.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
