Clinical Nurse Educator

**Qualification **:MSc Nurse (Preferably with 2 to 3 years’ experience post MSc or Fresher MSc with at least 2 years of clinical experience prior to Masters programme)

**KRAs**:
**1.** **Planning, Implementation and Documentation of Staff Learning and Development Activities**

**2.** **Creating plans that accomplish predefined Learning goals for Nurses**

**3.** **Conducting Nursing Inductions (MANIP), Continuous Nursing education (CNE) and On the Job Trainings (OJT) for all Nurses**

**4.** **Ensuring Learning through classroom lectures and discussions along with hands on demonstrations.**

**5.** **Overseeing clinical practice components and supervision of new nurse’s performance at the bedside.**

**6.** **Planning, Implementation and Participation in Quality Improvement Projects, Programs and Conferences and guiding Nurses to achieve Departmental aims and objectives and AOP.**

**7.** **Ensuring incorporation of latest standards of care and Evidence based practice in Nursing**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
