**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that drive business insights.
- Statistical Modeling: Design and implement statistical models to analyze data, develop forecasts, conduct hypothesis testing, and provide predictive analytics for business decision-making.
- Power BI Development: Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively convey statistical insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Data Preparation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity before analysis and visualization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide statistical insights, and develop data-driven solutions that address key challenges and opportunities.
- Statistical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize statistical analyses, methodologies, and findings for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Data Governance: Adhere to data governance policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members and business users in statistical analysis techniques and Power BI functionality.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in statistical analysis and data visualization, with a focus on using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Expertise in using Power BI to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate statistical findings.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and cleansing processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to critically analyze data and identify insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey statistical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data governance practices, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations in statistical analysis.
- Experience with other data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is desirable
