Duties and Responsibility:

- Ensure efficient management of Design document section, quality documents and other project.

Knowledge of Client Document Portal (EDMS, Wrench, Aconex etc).

Prepare necessary reports on outstanding documents.

Liaison with Lead office/client office for document related matter.

uploading documents in Project Wise

Maintain Technical and General libraries.

Maintain drawing/documents as per company policy.

Liaison with Lead regions Project lead/ Project Manager foor document related matters,

Coordinate for Documents Room maintenance and upkeep.

Maintain Proper decision diaries.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any professional stream or Diploma in any engineering stream.

Skill Required:
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Electronic Document Management system.

Good communication skills.

Team player.

Good interpersonal skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
