**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching**:

- Deliver IELTS preparation classes that cover all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking).
- Use various teaching materials, resources, and techniques to engage students and improve their English language proficiency.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs of students.

2. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Administer practice tests and exercises to evaluate the current English language proficiency of students.
- Provide regular feedback on students' strengths and weaknesses and help them set achievable goals.

3. **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop or customize curriculum and lesson plans to align with the specific needs and goals of the students.
- Keep updated with changes in the IELTS examination format and materials.

4. **Motivation and Support**:

- Inspire and motivate students to stay committed to their language learning journey.
- Offer guidance and support to help students overcome challenges and obstacles in their IELTS preparation.

5. **Monitoring Progress**:

- Keep detailed records of students' progress and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, assessment results, and other relevant information.

6. **Resource Management**:

- Manage and utilize teaching resources effectively, including textbooks, software, and audiovisual aids.

7. **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with best practices in language teaching, assessment, and the IELTS examination system.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is often preferred.
- A recognized certification in English language teaching, such as TESOL or TEFL, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language and strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and language usage.
- Previous teaching experience, especially in IELTS preparation, is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Knowledge of IELTS examination formats, scoring, and evaluation criteria.
- Familiarity with IELTS preparation materials and resources.
- Organizational skills to maintain records and plan lessons effectively.
