**As a counselor, you will conduct detailed profiling of learners to understand their unique career goals and learning abilities, and pitch the right program that aligns with their needs.**

**You will manage the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, from identifying their needs to pitching the appropriate course.**

**Your exceptional communication skills in Bengali & Hindi language will be essential in executing prompt inquiries and follow-ups with leads through phone and WhatsApp.**

**Additionally, you will be responsible for fee tracking and follow-up to ensure our students are satisfied and their needs are met.**

**We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of outbound Tele-calling/ student counseling experience and who have completed graduation/post-graduation.**

**Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, specifically in Excel.**

**As a quick learner, you should be able to multitask to increase individual conversions and generate leads through referrals while improving conversions on those leads.**
