**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide knowledge of the residential childcare sector to empower learners in their apprenticeship journey
- Conduct thorough assessments of learners, tailoring support and guidance effectively
- Guide learners in developing crucial skills, including Mathematics and English proficiency
- Nurture and support a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring success at EPA
- Strategically plan teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process
- Regularly review learner progress, adapting coaching strategies as needed
- Offer valuable information, advice, and guidance to foster holistic development
- Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Hold a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent (desired)
- Occupational competence working in a residential care home for children
- Hold an assessor's qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent (desired)
- Hold a qualification in Residential Childcare up to level 5
- Willingness to undertake any relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field
- UK driver's license with access to own vehicle
