**Position: IELTS Trainer**

As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive IELTS training sessions for our students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the IELTS examination. You will play a crucial role in evaluating students' language proficiency, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and tailoring individualized study plans to maximize their chances of success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective IELTS preparation classes to a diverse group of students.
- Provide personalized feedback and constructive guidance to students to help them achieve their target band scores.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, study materials, and mock tests.
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam trends, changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to understand students' study abroad goals and offer appropriate support.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions to enhance your teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certified IELTS trainer with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Expertise in IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and assessment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Previous experience working with international students and study abroad counseling is a plus.
