**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement engaging Montessori-based activities that cater to the developmental needs and interests of toddlers.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence.
- Observe and document children’s progress and development, adapting learning activities to meet their evolving needs.
- Foster a sense of community among children by encouraging respect, empathy, and cooperation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress, providing insights and recommendations to support learning at home.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community events to stay informed about Montessori education and early childhood development best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Montessori certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a Montessori or early childhood education setting.
- Creativity and flexibility in designing learning activities that are engaging and appropriate for toddlers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to continuing education in Montessori philosophy and early childhood development.
