Customer Support Representative
Work Time : Working in 3 shift as per the region you are supporting
Location : Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Our brand-new Indian Support Center is supporting all our Customer Service teams to drive our turnover increase and profitability, always with the Customer in focus. We have representatives located in several countries all over the world, creating a diverse environment and holding a high level of expertise. We’re now looking for Sales Support Representatives to strengthen our team and safeguard our interests going forward, located in India, Pune.
Your mission
In this role, you’re part of creating true customer value - both in the pre and aftermarket. You’re the main administrative support for our customer service representatives and your main responsibilities include, for the starting:
- Order tracking and customer service follow up
- Tracking, maintaining and fixing broken supply chain links
- Collborating with cross fucntion team to fixing late order & other tasks
- Data Analytics and Activities Follow Up, Business intelligence reports
- Close communication to the local CS teams in all the countries
These activities could evolve in some months, based on performance and success of the new team built, and include:
- Master Data Maintenance
- Price Control
- Customer Order Monitoring (Pro-activeness)
- Purchase Order Management
- Internal Inventory Control
- CRM
**Profile**:
We are able to learn or have already a good knowledge of our supply chain and logistics flow and have a deep understanding of our supporting systems such as M3 (ERP) and Sugar (CRM). Since this role needs a very close collaboration with our customer Service team is in focus, you need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English. Knowledge of additional European or Asian languages is highly appreciated.
Your personality is key in this role. You’re curious and have a natural way of thinking pro-actively to be one step ahead and drive improvements efficiently in your daily work. Since you’re in daily contact with internal areas of the organization you need to build and leverage on a great internal global network. With your social skills and an exceptional service mentality you contribute to create a world-class customer experience.
You possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing industry experience > 5 years of customer service or support experience. You are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office 365, experience in working with Microsoft excel will formulas & working with ERP systems will be added advantage.
