Job Description:
1. **Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the company's financial performance.

2. **Financial Reporting**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors, executive team, and external stakeholders, such as investors and regulatory authorities.

3. **Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments that could impact on the company's financial stability.

4. **Capital Management**:

- Manage the organization's capital structure, including decisions related to equity, debt, and financing options.
- Optimize the company's use of financial resources to support growth and operational efficiency.

5. **Treasury Management**:

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the company's financial transactions.

6. **Investor Relations**:

- Communicate with investors, analysts, and shareholders regarding the company's financial performance and prospects.
- Participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations to convey financial information.

7. **Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)**:

- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and assess their financial viability.
- Lead financial due diligence processes during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

8. **Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**:

- Ensure the company's financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process.

9. **Financial Operations**:

- Supervise accounting, finance, and tax teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.

10. **Strategic Leadership**:

- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing financial insights to inform strategic decisions.
