Roles and responsibilities associated with the position:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and markets for Pulsar products/services.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to propose appropriate Pulsar solutions.
3. Sales Execution:
- Actively prospecting and qualifying leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of Pulsar products/services to potential clients.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets within specified time frames.
5. Market Analysis and Research:
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for Pulsar products/services.
- Analyzing customer feedback and market data to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Working closely with product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Providing feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and improvements.
7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to track progress against targets.
8. Industry Networking:
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Pulsar products/services and build networks.
9. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and technological advancements related to Pulsar and similar technologies.
- Continuously improving sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
10. Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Upholding the reputation and integrity of the company in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
