**Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Transmission Line Construction**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 35 Fitters, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met on time and with high quality.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, with a primary focus on 750 kVA transmission lines, tower erection, and pole erection.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate sound knowledge and expertise in all aspects of electrical work, including but not limited to transmission lines, tower erection, and pole installation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all electrical installations meet the required standards and specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Foster a safety-conscious culture within the team.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize project outcomes and meet deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in project management will be advantageous.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical work, with a focus on transmission lines, tower erection, and pole installation. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, transmission lines, tower erection, and pole installation.
- Familiarity with 750 kVA lines and associated equipment.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rajasthan, India.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
