**Your Responsibilities as a Junior QA**:

- Responsible for conducting testing procedures to ensure software quality.
- Execute test cases and test scripts to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software operations.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing conditions are understood and met.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy conversations.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies

**As a Junior QA, you will perform**:

- You'll be part of the testing team, collaborating closely with developers and project managers.
- You'll contribute to the creation and execution of test cases and test plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent problem
- solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Good to have**
- Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, and Appium.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes (STLC).

**Education & Experience**:

- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in quality assurance or related field.
- BTech in computer science or similar field.
