**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Skill**: Unica Production Support**

**Role**: T3**

**Key responsibility**:
1. Working on-call shift to prevent incidents from ever happening
2. Responsible for ensuring that the underlying infrastructure is running smoothly, and that systems and tools are working as expected
4. Work across different teams, mainly operations and development
5. Collaborate with developers to help with troubleshooting and provide consultation when alerts are issued
6. Troubleshoot issues, both from a production as well as a performance standpoint

**Requirements**:
1. Total 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
2. Experience in UNIX Shell Scripting
3. Experience in SQL
4. Experience with data analysis
5. Good understanding in HDFS, HIVE, and S3(good to have)
6. Experience with Observability tools such as Grafana/Prometheus/App dynamics beneficial
7. Collaborate and communicate asynchronously
58. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical process thinking.
9. Ready to work in 24X7 work environment
